Countdown Mode

Chomp targets your stalest tabs with a countdown. Do nothing and they get eaten. Rescue the ones you need.

🔍

Searchable Belly

Every eaten tab is archived with its URL, title, and a text excerpt. Search it anytime. Nothing is ever truly gone.

🧠

Smart Scoring

Chomp knows which tabs matter. Frequently visited tabs are protected. Stale ones get eaten first.

📊

Proof It Works

After a month, Chomp shows you how many eaten tabs you actually went back for. Your number, counted on your machine.

Instant Undo

Made a mistake? Undo any eaten tab within 30 seconds. Or reopen it from the archive anytime.

🔒

Private by Default

Your tab archive stays on your device. Optional product-usage data is off until you explicitly choose to share it.

How Chomp Works

1

Chomp watches your tabs

Set a threshold (default: 40 tabs). When you cross it, Chomp wakes up hungry.

2

Countdown begins

Chomp peeks up from the bottom of your stalest tab. A timer counts down. You can rescue it or let Chomp eat.

3

Tab gets eaten, archived

The tab closes with a satisfying chomp animation. URL, title, and page content are saved to the archive.

4

Search the belly anytime

Need something Chomp ate? Search by title, URL, or domain. Reopen with one click.
